Who we are

Prism Studio is an independent digital design studio based in Waterfall City, Johannesburg, South Africa. For any privacy question or request, email hello@prism-studio.co.za.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your project description and, if you choose to share them, your budget and timing. If you email or call us, we receive the details you send.

We do not ask for special personal information and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project and, if we work together, to deliver and administer that work. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Service providers

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree. This website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides privacy-friendly visit statistics that do not use cookies or identify individual visitors. These providers may process information outside South Africa, under their own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work, or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact hello@prism-studio.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
