AI & AUTOMATION · SOUTH AFRICA
Less admin.
More useful work.
We put AI to work where it genuinely saves time, in your product and in your team’s day. Assistants that answer real questions, search that finds what people mean, and automations that clear repetitive admin.
Discuss AI & automationTHE APPROACH
Practical AI, where it earns its place.
Not every problem needs AI. We start with the work your team repeats every day, then pick the simplest tool that fixes it, which is sometimes plain automation.
Where AI is the right fit, a person stays in control of anything important, and personal information is handled in line with POPIA.
A GOOD FIT FOR
- Teams losing hours to repetitive admin
- Products that need better search or a built-in assistant
- Businesses that want to try AI on a real problem, not a demo
WHAT’S INCLUDED
AI that does real work.
LLM integrations
Large language models connected to your product and your own information, with access kept under control.

Workflow automation
The repetitive steps between your apps, inboxes and spreadsheets, done automatically.
Document processing
Invoices, forms and documents read, sorted and filed, with no retyping.
WHERE WE START
A few useful questions.
Which tasks take the most time, and how often do they happen?
Where does the information live today?
Which decisions must always stay with a person?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions.
What can AI realistically do for a small business?
Answer common customer questions, find information across documents, read and sort invoices or forms, and draft routine replies for a person to check. It works best on frequent, well-defined tasks.
Is our data safe?
We design each build around the information involved: what the AI may see, where it is processed and who can access it. Personal information is handled in line with POPIA, and we tell you plainly which outside services are used.
Do we need AI, or just automation?
Often simple automation between your existing tools solves the problem, and it is cheaper and more predictable. We recommend AI only where it adds something automation cannot.
Will it replace our staff?
That is not the aim. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team so they can spend their time on work that needs people.
